With a track record in helping cross-functional teams understand the need for change, crafting actionable roadmaps, and then successfully delivering key projects and programs, Carolyn has firsthand experience on how to lead people through transformational change.

With experience in corporate, non-profit, and government organizations, Carolyn is an engaged leader with a reputation for building successful teams and improving business operations in a way that honors stakeholders, improves operational communication, and drives business results. Carolyn holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Chapman University.
